Challenge
A company providing luxury services to high-profile clients needed a reservation system built from scratch to streamline how admins and agents create and manage bookings.
Approach
We led architecture definition on AWS, built the frontend with React and Next.js, the backend with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis, and delivered a companion mobile app with React Native — all managed with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Result
Delivered a full-stack platform with web and mobile apps, enabling the operations team to manage reservations end-to-end.
Hotel Daypass Marketplace
Challenge
A hospitality marketplace needed to scale its platform for booking daypasses at luxury hotels worldwide, while maintaining a seamless experience from browsing to checkout.
Approach
We collaborated on the existing Next.js and TypeScript frontend, developing complex new features and maintaining the website. We also contributed backend logic with Ruby on Rails and Node.js, all deployed on AWS.

Challenge
A startup building an AI tool for financial planning needed a solid frontend architecture and design system to bring their product to life from the ground up.
Approach
We led and designed the frontend architecture using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Created a monorepo with Yarn workspaces, built a design system with styled-components featuring responsive properties, theming with light and dark mode, and integrated authentication with NextAuth and a Python API.

Delivered a production-ready frontend platform with a scalable design system, enabling rapid feature development and a polished user experience.
